- COMBINED SYNOPSIS - SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS (IAW FAR 12.603 (c)) Legend: F1M2X78109A001 AGE Lean Tool Cabinets (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1M2X78109A001 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25 effective 28 Apr 08. (iv) This acquisition is unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 337127 with an 500 Employee size standard. (v) Contractors shall submit a lump sum quote for 10374-03445 Lyon 1101 Cabinet(10each), 10374-03446 Lyon 2564-1 Legs(10 each), 10374-03447 Lyon Shelf (10 each), 10374-03448 Lyon 2753 Work Surface (10 each) and 10374-03449 AGE custom foam (10 each) on the attached RFQ form. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. (vi) Cabinets and Custom AGE foam on Charleston Air Force Base, SC. See attachments for detailed part information. Or Equal items will be considered. Delivery for this requirement is F.O.B. Destination. (vii) The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and will remain in full force in any resultant award: (full text of clauses and provisions may be accessed electronically at this website: http://farsite.hill.af.mil) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. (viii) FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items Evaluation. The Government will award a contract resulting form this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price, and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Technical Acceptability. Price-The government will evaluate the total price of the requirement including all items. Technical- Capibiltity of the item to meet government requirements. Price and Technical acceptability when combined are equal. (ix) Contractors shall include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representation and Certifications Commercial Item or complete electronic annual representations and certifications at http//orca.bpn.gov.
