- The purpose of this synopsis is to notify industry that a Sole Source Fixed Price Order is intended to be awarded to Lexis Nexis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. The contemplated order will provide a comprehensive open source database system used in providing unique data and analytics to intelligence agents and analysts for screening/authentication of/and public records area. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with the source identified herein. This is not a notice for competitive proposals and no formal solicitation package is available, however, prospective contractors who believe they can successfully propose must provide specific, detailed, technical documentation to support such claims and abilities to the Point of Contact for this notice prior to the closing date for this notification. The period of performance for the subscription is for one (1) year.
