- The contractor shall provide all equipment or services necessary for Heavy Equipment Rental to be delivered to Wahiawa HI by 1 Jun 2008 and picked up by 31 Jul 2008. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. Period of Performance is 1 Jun - 31 Jul 2008. The anticipated dollar value is $27K. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors/Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items). DFAR 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation). Government Inspection and Acceptance by CMSgt Boyle. The NAICS Code involved is 532412. The size standard is $6.5 million in annual revenue.
