- Small business set-aside. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for real estate property sales closing services on HUD-owned single-family properties located in the State of Utah. HUD intends to award one indefinite quantity-fixed-price purchase order not to exceed $100,000 on or about June 28, 2008. Performance is for an initial period of approximately three months from 6/29/2008 through 9/30/2008. Volume is estimated at 190 closings. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541191, Title Abstract and Settlement Offices, and the size standard is $6.5 million. The RFQ will be posted and available for download approximately 15 days after publication of this notice at the following website: http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm.
