- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from Brush Electrical Machines Limited services to modify a Government-owned Brush Electrical Machines Generator, Model Number BDAX-75-125ERH (21.0MV), for use as a Synchronous Motor in the NSWCCD DDG-1000 High Speed Generator Test Site. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued using FAR SubPart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. See Note 22.
