- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with RRNMI for overhaul of the starboard propeller hub on the Dredge McFarland, and, inspection of steel shipping containers. The propeller hub is a RRNMI part (S/N AX3017). This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the basis of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. Requests for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within three (3) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The NAICS Code is 332999 with a Size Standard of 500 employees.
