- The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) is an independent, executive branch Federal Agency, established under Section 11232 of the National Capital Revitalization and Self-Government Improvement Act of 1997. The Act effectuated the reorganization and transition of functions relating to pretrial services, parole, adult probation and offender supervision in the District of Columbia to a Federal arena. The mission of the CSOSA is to increase public safety, prevent crime, reduce recidivism, and support the fair administration of justice in close collaboration with the community. The CSOSA have a requirement for non- personal Psychological Support Services. The services are required at the Agency’s Re-Entry and Sanction Center. The Re-entry and Sanctions Center (RSC) is a residential facility that provides intensive assessment and reintegration programming for high-risk offenders and defendants with extensive substance abuse histories who are under the supervision of the Government (pre-trial, probation, or parole). The solicitation will require the contractor to provide Psychological Evaluations, Interventions/Consultations, and Training Services. The proposed contract will be for a base year with four (4) one year options. The NAICS code is 621330. The anticipated issue date for the solicitation is on or about May 14, 2008. Only electronic copies of this solicitation will be made available. The offeror is responsible for downloading all documents including amendments from the Federal Business Opportunities website. It is the Contractors responsibility to monitor the website daily in order to receive the solicitation, any posted changes or solicitation amendments.
