- The Bureau of Labor Statistics intends to award a contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures with XYEnterprise Inc. 101 Edgewater Drive., Wakefield, MA 01880-1261 for XML Professional publisher (XPP) a high performance publishing application that creates high quality outputs in PDF and PostScript format. XPP is used in BLS to automate the creation of statistical tables in PDF format using XML and the support services will be utilized to assist BLS in style development and programming.(POP 6/2/2008 – 9/30/2008) Total cost for this requirement will NTE $24,064.00. This notice of intent is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. There is no RFP notice.
