- Provide all labor, material, supplies, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to perform work for project #671-227, entitled Expand Specialty Clinics Phase I in accordance with the accompanying drawings and specifications. All work shall be accomplished at the Audie L. Murphy Memorial Veterans Hospital, San Antonio, TX. General description of work: Demolition of architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work on the 1st floor above the Spinal Cord Injury Unit. Demolition of existing fire sprinkler system. Provide new work consisting of architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection. New architectural, mechanical and electrical work includes remodeling interior for acceptance of new clinical equipment and other installations. Offerors are required to provide pricing for Solicitation Line Item Number (SLIN) 0001 and both deductive alternate line items (DA01 and DA02) in the schedule. Magnitude of construction project is estimated to be between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000.000.00. Solicitation, specifications and drawings may be obtained only upon written application to the issuing office (e-mail requests are preferable). 24 hour advance notice by phone is requested for those who wish to pick up solicitation sets. Offerors requesting solicitations via U.S. Mail should allow 7-10 working days after receipt of their request by the issuing office for reproduction, in addition to mail and delivery time.
