- Description is hereby amended as follows: The U.S. Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB), has a requirement for a Contractor to provide replacement of low voltage switchboards, at the IBB transmitting station in Greenville, NC. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing all necessary tasks and work required for the Switchboard Replacement at GTS. The contract term will be 275 days after date of award. The Solicitation is expected to be posted on the Federal Business Opportunites (FedBizOpps) website on or about on May 27, 2008. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notification or otherwise pay for information or inquiry. All requests and any questions regarding this Notice shall be submitted via email or facsimile to Ms. Karen S. Harper, Office of Contracts (M/CON/CR), kharper@bbg.gov or via fax to (202) 260-0855 by May 23, 2008. Telephone responses of a firm's statements of interest, capabilities, and pertinent experience will not be accepted by the BBG. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the Agency. This Public Notice is not a RFP, IFB, or RFQ.
