- Document Type: PreSolicitationTitle: Hotel Lodging and Transportation for Patients Solicitation No.: VA256-08-RP-0253 NAICS Code: 721110 Size Standard: $6.5 million The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) will issue a solicitation for lodging facilities to provide lodging for patients (and/or accompanying caregivers/spouse) with appointments at the John L. McClellan VA Medical Center, Little Rock, AR and/or Eugene Towbin VA Medical Center, North Little Rock, AR. Lodging facilities must provide daily housekeeping, double bed sleeping rooms with bathrooms, telephone service in each room to include free local calls, transportation services for lodgers to the Little Rock or North Little Rock VAMC for their scheduled appointments, and parking available at no charge. The agreement will be for a base year with four (4) one-year options periods. The solicitation document will be available for download on or before May 12, 2008.
