- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the reference number is 8TC315. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25 and DFARS change notice 20080423. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 453910. The size standard is $6.5 MIL. The offeror must quote on an all or none basis, state discount terms and warranty information.
