- This is a Pre-Solicitation to obtain a Mobile Shelving System at Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado 80011. Required items are commercial in nature; therefore FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. This is a brand name or equal requirement. The contract delivery date is 30 days after receipt of order and must provide all items and installation before billing. Partial payments are not authorized. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 337215 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Solicitation number FA2543-08-T-0011 will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be a SBA Certified Hub Zone Firm Set-Aside on or about 8 May 2008. This solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ with an anticipated closing date of 23 May 2008. No paper copies will be issued. Contract Award will be made on an all or nothing basis. Contractor shall propose on all items to be considered responsive. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. The anticipated contract award date is on or around 4 April 2008. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
