- The U.S. Army Installation Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price award to SOMAT Corporation, 702 W Killarney Street, Urbana IL 61801 in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 and under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other will satisfy the agency requirements. The following products and non-personnel service must match existing equipment for compatibility. This award is to procure NCODE SOMAT EDAQ-Lite System Part Number EL-MIL-SYS-01, Non Max EDAQ Development Part Number ENONMAXDEVLEO, documentation for the calibration of analog inputs on each data acquisition system certification ELBRG Board Part Number ELBRGCERT. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334513 and the size standard is 500. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing to the Government point of contact. All responses received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 11:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time, May 14, 2008. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
