- This proposed pocurement is unrestricted. Date of issue for this solicitation and specifications will be on or about May 20, 2008, on www.fbo.gov. Bids will be due on or about June 24, 2008. The contractor shall remove and reinstall top racks and trash racks for dimension vertifications purposes. The contractor shall fabricate, deliver, and off load trash racks at the south end of Nimrod Dam as directed by the Contracting Officer Representative. The Government will furnish timbers for the contractor to off load the trash racks on to. The Government will perform the installation.
