- The U.S. Naval Hospital Guam intends to negoiate a firm fixed price procurement to Pacific Laundry & Textile Rental Service/Nanbo Tanagawa & Associates Inc. for Laundry services and dry cleaning in accordance with standard commercial practices. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. "See Note 22".
