- Capital District Contract Center is issuing a modification of previous presolicitation notice, W91QV1-08-R-0016. The purpose of this modification is to notify potential offer's of solicitation number W91QV1-08-R-0016. The solicitation can be viewed by visiting ASFI https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. The contractor shall provide non-military personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other non-personal services necessary to perform pre-production, production and event production services for the U.S. Army Military District of Washington (MDW) Spirit of America 2008 (SOA 2008) production, as defined in the Performance Work Statement except as specified as government furnished property and services. These services will be performed at Rochester, NY and Worcester, MA. Following these out of town performances, a special SOA 2008 executive performance will be conducted for the Army leadership in Washington, DC. This performance is a short, concise distillation of the key Army messages contained in the major production. This presentation will be on 6 October 2008 at the Washington Convention Center for a smaller audience requiring scaled down technical support.
