- Description
- The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit officiating services from sources for the upcoming 2008 Adult Tackle Football season at Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classifications System code (NAICS) and the small business standard for this procurement is 611620 and $6.5 million respectively. The government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. Detailed specifications and requirement information will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number M00318-08-T-0184. The RFQ is scheduled to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 9 May 2008. Quotations are due no later than 27 May 2008, 8:00AM Hawaii Standard Time, and to be received either via fax at 808-257-2350 or e-mail at vivian.fukumitsu@usmc.mil. The anticipated award date will be on or about 2 June 2008. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency where the unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, fringe benefits, federal, state and local taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of this purchase order. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The Government will award a contract on an all or none basis resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering technical qualification and price.
