- Requirement for award of a firm-fixed price service contract to provide all personnel (labor), materials/supplies, and equipment necessary for restoration of roof tops and drainage elements, repairs and/or replacement of curbs, sidewalks, covered walkways, ramps, steps, stoops and landings. Also, preventive maintenance measures for exterior doors, windows and frames at the US Naval Hospital, Guam and outer Branch Medical/Dental Clinics located in US Naval Base Guam. Specifications contained in the solicitation. Solicitation copy ready upon request via e-mail or fax, no phone calls. Project must be accomplished May 22nd in time for the CO’s Change of Command.
