- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W9127Q-08-T-0014 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. This procurement is issued as unrestricted. NAICS for determination of size status is 334511 Small Business Standard is 750 employees. This advertisement is for Repair Parts for a C5000 WULFSBERG RADIO TRANSCIEVER used in the OH58A AIRCRAFT. All parts must be new, used parts are unacceptable. All part numbers being quoted must be compatible with the existing Wulfsberg radio equipment. CLIN 0001: Synthesizer Module, MFR PN 300-014140-00, Quantity of five (5) each. CLIN 0002: RT Module, MFR PN 300-2239-000, Quantity of one (1) each. CLIN 0003: Synthesizer Module, MFR PN 300-014519-00, Quantity of two (2) each. CLIN 0004: RT Module, MFR PN 300-014366-00, Quantity of four (4) each. CLIN 0005: Audio Board, MFR PN 300-2181-050, Quantity of two (2) each. CLIN 0006: Relay, MFR PN 131-0004-000, Quantity of two (2) each. Award will be based on lowest price. Must quote delivered price to AVCRAD, Gulfport, MS 39507.
