Description

This solicitation is for the following project: This project is a conversion of existing open office space into new locker room facilities for Men and Women. It will serve the existing adjacent fitness room. The actual work will entail minor selective demolition, new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, metal stud framing, new grid ceiling and lights, gypsum board (walls and ceiling), floor and wall tile, glass block, finish carpentry trim and paint/staining. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary local, state, and federal permits and licenses and payment of related fees. All work shall comply with codes and standards applicable to each type of work through the course of this project. Contractor shall also comply with the requirements of GSA BuildGreen Standards, and PBS P-100.
