- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of HQDA, Center of Military History intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-5 Authorized or required by statute to Afikim Foundation, 111 John Street, Suite 1720, New York, NY 10038-3114 to present a program displaying the prominent role of the U.S. Army played in the liberation of Nazi death camps as directed by Congress. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of one year. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT 9 May, 2008 at 2:00 PM EST. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
