No telephone requests will be accepted. PRON: AX8F0487, NSN: 6220-01-208-8965, PN: 70553-62001-042, Quantity: 359 each, applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. F.O.B.destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 100 each 246 Days after Contract Award (DACA) and 100 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This is a 100% Hub-Zone Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than Hub-Zone Small Business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
