- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, National Conservation Training Center intends to award a purchase order for a base year plus four one-year options to the Citizens Conservation Corps of West Virginia (CCCWV) for various land management activities. The CCCWV is a non-profit entity that employs disadvantaged workers for on the job training and development to promote responsible citizenship. The CCCWV will provide a small group of workers that will learn and provide services at the NCTC site such as forest and grassland restoration, identification and removal of invasive weeds, planting in and maintaining common use outdoor/ recreational areas. The total amount for all options, if exercised, is below the simplified acquisition threshold. See Note 22.
