- This procurement is a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. HOWEVER, all small business concerns are encouraged to respond. If a fair and reasonable quote is NOT received by a responsible and responsive Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concern, all quotes received from small business concerns will be considered without further notice. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Provide Tebuthiuron Spike 20P. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. A performance period of 90 calendar days with a completion date no later than August 1, 2008. With an estimated start date on June 1, 2008. Solicitation to be issued on or about May 5, 2008.
