- This request for quotation (RFQ) W15P7T-08-Q-H207 replaces W15P7T-08-Q-H205 which was cancelled due to SDVOB restrictions. The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (USA CECOM LCMC) Acquisition Center is accepting oral solicitation quotes with written confirmation for the procurement of Switch, Radio Frequency, NSN:5895-01-056-1034 in accordance with attached drawings. The base quantity is 15 each with two(2)100% options. Packaging, Packing, and marking shall be in accordance with Contractors best commercial practices with F.O.B. Destination to Transportation Officer, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, 2001 Normandy Drive Door 113 to 134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Mark for: B16,(DODAAC)W25G1U. Delivery shall occur 180 days after contract(DAC). Please note that this procurement has been reserved as 100% Small Business Set Aside(SBSA), Simplified Acquisition procedures, terms and conditions will apply at time of award. Award will be made to the technically acceptable, lowest price offer, with Small Business set-aside as noted above. All offers submitted must have a validity date of at least 60 days. Option quantity may be exercised 12 months from award or anytime through the last scheduled delivery date and any modifications thereto. Interested parties who provided previous submission(s) under W15P7T-08-Q-H205 must resubmit a new quote under this RFQ number W15P7T-08-Q-H207 for consideration.
