- Program Executive Office (PEO) Ships, Strategic and Theatre Program Office (PMS 385) will conduct a second Industry Day from May 20 to May 22, 2008 to disseminate information regarding the updated DRAFT Mobile Landing Platform (MLP) System Specification. The purpose of the conference is to provide an overview of the MLP program and system specification to facilitate better understanding of the Navys requirements. The conference will be held at Maritime Plaza II located at 1220 12th Street SE, Washington DC Room 440. Advance registration is required. Organizations must request attendance no later than 14 May 2008. Individuals that have not advanced registered will not be permitted to attend. Due to limited space, only 5 (five) persons from each organization will be permitted to attend. Registration will begin at 0730 on 20 May 2008, with the conference commencing at 0830. Additional information regarding the MLP Industry Day, to include directions, agenda, etc., along with updated preliminary DRAFT MLP Performance Specification will be available at the PEO Ships MLP website (http://peoships.crane.navy.mil/mlpindustryday/) on or before 14 May, 2008.
