- Bonners Ferry Ranger District, Bonner County, Idaho. Project involves the remediation of flood damage at the Boulder Meadows Bridge site on Forest Development Road No 427, mile post 2.3 and approx. 900 feet on Road No. 427 at approx. mile post 2.6. The work consists of replacing a timber wingwall on one corner of the existing treated timber bridge, replacing anchor rods and anchors for the remaining elements of abutment No. 1, placing riprap along the upstream bank, placing aggregate surfacing and re-shaping 900 feet of ditch and roadway.The work includes but is not limited to roadway embankment and excavation, structural excavation, removing woody debris, riprap, roadway surfacing, furnishing and installing treated timber wingwall with anchor system, removing existing timber rail system, installing treated timber running plank, installing glu-laminated curbs, blading, furnishing and installing culverts and other incidental items to complete the project. Government estimated price range between $100,000 and $250,000.Estimated start work of July 15, 2008 with completion September 30, 2008. Set-aside for HubZone.
