- The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia intends to award a sole source requirement to San Diego State University Foundation (SDSU), 5250 Campanile Drive, San Diego, CA for the Basic Iraqi Dialect Course. SDSU is the only known source to provide this course within 50 miles of a Marine Corps Base where a Command Language Program Manager is aboard. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes that it can meet the requirement above may give written notification to the contracting officer. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
