- Description
- The US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Fort Bragg, NC has a requirement for SunTek software licenses and maintenance for the Civil Infrastructure Assessment Software. This is a brand name only procurement. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is 5 May 08. The government will consider offers only from authorized resellers of SunTek Corp software and maintenance services. This requirement is set aside for small business competition only. The NAICS code is 443210 with a size standard of $8 million in average annual revenues over the preceding three fiscal years. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer fully meets the requirements of the solicitation. To be eligible for an award resulting from this solicitation, the Contractor shall be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Information regarding the registration can be found at http://www.ccr.gov/. Due to the unreliability of email, it is the contractor's responsibility to ensure email requests have been received by the Contract Specialist. This acquisition is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
