- Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to renovate two toilet rooms on the first floor and a toilet shower room on the second floor at U.S. Coast Guard Station Fire Island, Babylon, New York. This Invitation for Bids is 100% set-aside for small business participation for which the applicable small business size standard is $31 Million average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years. This project is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable NAICS code is 236220. A 20% Bid Bond is required and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required after award. The tentative bid opening date is 5 March 2008. Bid packages will be available on or about 4 February 2008 at a non-refundable charge of $44. Certified Checks or money orders should be made payable to AlphaGraphics and mailed to the firm at: 423 Bloomfield Ave., Montclair, NJ 07043. Do not send fees to the Coast Guard.
