- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared by the Program Manager, Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA), in Woodbridge, VA, in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation M67854-08-T-0025 is issued hereto as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17 and DFARS Change Notice 20070531. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 423430 and a size standard of 100 employees. The requirement is to renew the annual maintenance agreement for various Cisco Smartnet products in use at the USMC in Woodbridge, VA, Camp Pendleton, CA. and Hill AFB. The required Cisco items are 3 ea CON-SNTP-7206 S/N 72909028, 72721632 & 72736867; 3 ea CON-SNTP-C2621XVPN JMX0822L0JQ, JMX0822L0JP & JMX0633L4LX; 1 ea CON-SNTP-26XX S/N JMX0751L0KT; 2 ea CON-SNTP-C2950G24 S/N FHK0614Y1FZ & FOC0733Y1UM; 1 ea CON-SNTP-C2950G48 S/N FHK0708Z003: 2ea CON-SNTP-C2950T24 S/N FOC 1017Z9KM & FOC1017Z9K5; 1 ea CON-SNTP-C29602TT S/N FOC1044X32Q and 1 ea CON-SNTP-3750G24S S/N CAT0820N0K2. Cisco is the only source for maintenance agreements which will not void the warranty of the Government owned Cisco equipment. Consequently, this RFQ requests quotes for Cisco brand name items only. The successful contractor shall be required to invoice through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system at https://wawf.eb.mil.
