- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) FA4877-08-Q-0302 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-09. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 423990 and small business size standard is 100 employees. (v) The contractor shall provide the following item: 1). V-Tac Sling, P/N 100-002-868, Nylon Web, Black, OR EQUAL. Qty.: 44 Each; 2) Mil-Spec Tool Box, P/N 636-000-003, Polymer Resin, Black, OR EQUAL. Qty.: 2 Each; 3) Aimpoint, P/N 100-003-003, Anodized finish, matte black or silver, OR EQUAL. Qty.: 30 Each; 4) Pocket Pro II, P/N 225-000-001, Plastic, Blue or Coyote Tan, OR EQUAL. Qty.: 5 Each; 5) Delta 2 System, P/N 100-001-326, Ballisticard Systems, OR EQUAL. Qty.: 15 Each; 6) Tactical Latch, P/N 093-249-020, Steel, Matte Blue, OR EQUAL. Qty.: 44 Each; 7) Shipping charges for delivery to 5020 E Arizola St., Blg. 1631, Tucson, Az., 85707.
