No other person, laboratory or corporation was identified that could provide this service. Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. Naics code 611310 and size standard in 6.5 million dollars is applicable to this order. Delivery date is on or before May 9, 2008. Shipment will only be accepted Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST with the exception of Federal Government holidays. An anticipated award date of April 9, 2008 is place. All responsible sources that can meet the above requirement may submit a quote, which will be considered by the Agency. All vendors need to be registered in the Central Contracting Registry (CCR) prior to award of a Federal contract. The preferred method for completing registration is via the World Wide Web at http://www.ccr.gov.
