- Description
- This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Realty Services Division, to solicit office space for the GSA Fleet in the Ft. Walton, FL area. The delineated area includes: west-Hwy 87, east-Hwy 85, south-Hwy 98, north-no more the 4 miles inland from Hwy 98. In addition to the office space, the agency will require 3 outside parking spaces. The parking lot needs to be accessible to large fleet delivery trucks. The agency requests to be located on the first floor and to have a men’s and women’s restroom located in the space or be easily accessible from the space.
