- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy TechnologyLaboratory(NETL) intends to issue a competitive quotation, set aside for GeneralServicesAdministration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Mission OrientedBusinessIntegrated Services Special Identification Number (SIN) 874-1 scheduleholdersfor Program and Engineering Analysis and Evaluations for the NationalEnergyTechnology Laboratory (NETL) Office of Systems, Analysis and Planning.Onlyofferors holding the GSA SIN 874-1 schedule will be considered. The NorthAmerican Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is541690 with a size standard of $6.5 million. This GSA Task Order willrequireseven studies in the areas of energy policy analysis, energy infrastructure analysis, and research program planning, development and implementationservices.
