- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to enter into a sole source contract with Personnel Decisions Research Institutes, Inc. The period of performance will be one year with two option years. The purpose is to maintain consistency while revalidating the uniform commissioning examination and the entry-level selection system for national bank examiners. The initial examination was developed by Personnel Decisions Research Institutes, Inc. The revalidation involves showing that a test is related to the job therefore it is critical that the company is familiar with the current test and the work performed by the bank examiners. The company shall assess the degree to which the job analysis is sufficiently current for validation purposes. The company shall also conduct a job analysis update for entry level examiner jobs. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC.
