- This is a Sole Source procurement. W912EK-08-T-0076. Published for informational purposes only. This proposed contract action for removal, inspection, repair and replacement of a vertical mixed flow pump, which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(2), for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Solicitation documents can only be obtained by the vendor for which this solicitation is intended. No other access rights will be entertained. The proposed source is Pentair Pump Group, DBA Fairbanks Morse of Kansas City, KS.
