- Description
- An industry day, to include a site tour, will be held in regards to solicitation 08HQSS0006 at the USGS National Center in Reston, Virginia on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at 9:00AM local time. Notification of intent to attend the industry day must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer no later than 2:00 PM EST Monday, May 12, 2008. The name of all participants and their contact information must be included in this email. The number of participants is limited to three (3) representatives per company. The Government does not intend and shall not pay for any travel or other costs associated with offerors attending the industry day. Participants must present one form of Government issued identification with a picture to gain access to the USGS National Center. When entering the USGS campus, please follow the signs to visitor parking and enter the facility at the USGS Visitor Entrance. Proceed through security to the auditorium, where the industry day will begin. Additional information about visiting USGS can be found at http://www.usgs.gov/ask/#hq. All questions and concerns may be submitted to the Contracting Officer via email only at jkelley@usgs.gov.
