- Description
- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has a requirement for renewal of Online IT Services. The USPTO intends to use the services of Cutter Consortium, Cutter Information LLC who is the only responsible source that can meet the USPTO requirements. Cutter Consortium is the only known source of this service. Interested organizations may submit thier capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writig to the identified point of contact no later than 4:30 p.m. est on 4/23/2008. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement ona competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
