- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System intends to negotiate a commercial contract for Janitorial Services. This notice of intent to negotiate a Janitorial Services contract with a firm to provide all labor, supervision, management support, transportation, equipment, tools and materials, except Government furnished space and utilities, necessary to provide cleaning services for the Holdrege Community Based Outpatient Clinic located at 1118 Burlington Street, Holdrege, NE 68949. This facility is approximately 5,834 square feet. See solicitation for Statement of Work. Contractors should contact Larry Selzler at (308) 382-3660 Ext. 2104 to schedule a site visit. This contract shall include a base year and four one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561720. The small business size standard is $15.0M. This requirement is set aside for Small Business.
