- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA proposes to procure services to develop standalone training for the Gas Management System (GMS). in support of this task, the Contractor shall develop a Submarine On Board Training (SOBT) compliant training module for the GMS. This procurement is Unrestricted and will be available to download from FEDBIZZOPPS and NECO.navy.mil on or after 6 May 08.
