- BLM Invitation for Bids, NAB080077- Fencing Material for Salt Lake Field Office Solicitation number NAB080077 applies and will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the following requirement: The BLM Utah Salt Lake Field Office has a requirement for the following to be delivered to four delivery sites: 19,000 - T-posts with Wire Clips, 6 foot steel, white tipped 1,500 - T-posts with Wire Clips, 7 foot steel white tipped700 rolls - Barb Wire 121/2 ga. 2 pt. 1320 ft/roll250 rolls - Smooth Wire 12 1/2 ga. 1320 ft/roll191 bundles -Wire Stays, 36 inch, 100/bundle734 - Easy Panels, large1,193 - Easy Panels, small4,500 - Brace Clamps, 2 inch250 - Wooden Gate Sticks, 2 inches x 4 foot Drawings and additional specifications will be attached to the solicitation. The solicitation shall be posted on or by Tuesday, April 22, 2008. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The standard NAICS classification is 423390. Size standard is 100 employees. Bids are due Tuesday, May 6, 2008 by 11:00 AM Mountain Time.
