Description: POWER SUPPY CHAMPION AEROSPACE P/N 28VS120Y-5 PR# 0017982954 NSN 6120-01-559-4705 This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 23 each plus a 100 percent option. FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance at destination. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The required delivery is 191 days. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
