- The VISN 10 Contracting Activity located at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center is in need of Architect/Engineer Services to provide all services to prepare complete construction documents as required for the accomplishment of project 541-353 "Research Renovations" at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center (Wade Park Campus), Cleveland, Ohio. The construction documents shall consist of contract drawings, technical specifications, design analysis, detail estimates and projected construction schedules. The geographical limitation for consideration is limited to within 150 miles driving distance (using Google Maps) from the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Submission of SF 330's from firms located outside the geographical area will not be considered. Qualified A/E firms desiring consideration must submit documentation outlining in-house capabilities to complete all phases of the required services in addition to the appropriate data as described in Numbered Note 24 no later than May 22, 2008. Any requests for additional information on this project must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. The estimated construction cost range is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Award of a contract is subject to availability of funds. This IS NOT a request for proposals and a solicitation document DOES NOT exist. See Numbered Note 24. NAICS 541310, Size Standard $4 Million.
