Description
This requirement is for the maintenance support of the Dragon Operations Center-Cannon AFB, New Mexico (DOC-C) and Dragon Operation Center-Nellis AFB, Nevada (DOC-N) to support the 3d Special Operations Squadron (3 SOS) and their associated Air Force Reserve unit's MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper operations. Dragon Operations Centers (DOCs). The DOC-C and DOC-N are comprised of both unique equipment solutions and programs of record for interfacing and communicating between the crew in the Ground Control Station, DOC-C/DOC-N, forward aircraft, and Command and Control centers worldwide at the unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) levels. This system of systems will provide critical command and control data and voice interconnectivity to enable pilots and sensor operators to fly and control Combat Air Patrols (CAPs) Predator/Reaper aircraft worldwide. Ground Control Stations (GCSs). This contract also provides organizational maintenance support of GCSs at Cannon and Nellis AFBs, as required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Support shall include aircraft maintenance management; supply support; Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems (C4ISR); and an Environmental, Safety, and Health (ES&H) Program. All interested parties must have experience with the MQ-1 Program. The aniticpated issue date of the RFP is 24 April 2008.
