- The National Park Service, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parkt, has identified a requirement to solicit the Centerline and fog line striping on roads throughout the Parks. This solicitation is for full and open competition. The project consists of:Section #1: 16 Miles (84,480LF) Big Fern Spring (MM 9.6) to Red Fir Maintenance Facility Gate (MM 23.2), includes double 4" yellow with black center line for 15 miles; includes island medians at Wuksachi Lodge and Red Fir Maintenance Facility intersections for 1 mileSection #2: 4.7 Miles (24,816LF) Highway 180 South Boundary Kings Canyon National Park boundary (MM 0.0) to Abbot Creek Northern Park boarder (MM 4.7), includes double 4" yellow with black center line for 4.7 milesSection #3: 10 Miles (52,800LF) Ash Mountain Entrance Station Highway 198 Sequoia National Park boundary (MM 0.0) to Big Fern Spring (MM 9.6), includes double 4" yellow with black center line for 10 miles The National Park Service encourages and welcomes the participation of all small business firms, minority-owned business firms, and women-owned business concerns. The solicitation, Q8564080512, will be issued electronically on the Department of Interior's (DOI) National Business Center (NBC) website, http://ideasec.nbc.gov, approximately 15 days after this announcement. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available. Subscribers to this service are ultimately responsible for reviewing the above web site for all information relevant to this solicitation. Prospective offerors desiring to conduct business with DOI are requested to register at the Central Contractors Register (CCR) on the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Submission date for offers will be approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 237310 with a size standard for Small Business of $31.0 million. The magnitude will be between $25,000 and $100,000.
