- Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) has a requirement to procure 127,260 Each ASSEMBLY, Support, Propelling Charge IAW Drawing 12577566f dated 16 Dec 2004; QAP 12577566A dated 16 Oct 92, for CTG 120MM Illum M930 & IR M983; and 45,000 Each - ASSEMBLY, Support, Propelling Charge IAW Drawing 12977198B dated 25 Jan 97 for CTG 81MM M853. Acquisition is being conducted Total Small Business Set-Aside. The type of contract shall be firm fixed price. First Article Test (FAT) shall consist of 20 Each Assembly, Support, Propelling Charge with at least 5 samples from each mold cavity which represent units from actual manufacturing methods that will be used in normal production. Each dimension and/or note listed on the required drawing(s) and specification(s) must be addressed for each FAT sample unit. All FAT sample units will be individually marked for identification purposes, and the accompanying FAT report will list each unit along with all required drawing and/or specification requirements. The FAT report with all measurements will accompany the FAT sample units which are sent in for verification.
