- The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) plans to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for human resources operational support services. The procurement will be competitively set-aside for service disabled veteran owned small business contractors. The applicable NAICS Code is 561320. Release of the solicitation is planned for May 30, 2008 via the Government's electronic posting website at www.fbo.gov. A bidders' mailing list will not be developed and paper copies of the solicitation will not be mailed. All responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration once the solicitation is posted.
