Hill Ave., 3rd Floor Conference Room No. 342,Gallup, New Mexico, 87301.4. Submission of technical inquiries and questions ischanged from Twenty (20) days to Ten (10) days beforethe bid opening date. Technical questions shall besubmitted in writing to the Contracting Officer byclose of business 4:30 p.m. (local time), May 27,2008.All other information as originally posted in theFEDBIZOPPS remains the same.
